Starter coaching package: $750. Includes a review of three recurring tasks, two one-hour sessions, five customized prompts, a written action plan, and seven days of follow-up questions.

From client follow-up to routine administration, small delays can add up. We’ll examine one process, identify an opportunity to simplify it, and build a workflow around your existing tools.
Workflow automation sprint: starting at $2,500. Includes an assessment and baseline measurement, one connected workflow using up to three existing applications, setup and testing, an operating guide, one training session, and fourteen days of defect fixes.
AI IMPLEMENTATION AND TEAM ADOPTION — Turn individual tools into a practical plan
Bring AI into more of your team’s work with a clear roadmap, documented workflows, and training that helps people use them with confidence.
Implementation package: starting at $6,000. Includes a prioritized workflow roadmap, up to three connected workflows, configuration, testing, operating guides, two team training sessions, and a 30-day performance review. Your proposal will confirm the final scope, price, and any software costs.

MEET ADAM
I’m Adam Rogers, a Northwest Arkansas business owner and licensed home inspector. Like many business owners, I know how much of a workday can be taken up by reports, client communications, scheduling, and follow-up.

Small consultations and hourly services are paid upfront. For larger projects, 50% is due upfront and 50% at completion. Project-specific terms and any software costs are confirmed in your proposal.
